Our client needed to recruit, train, and onboard a substantial team of tier 1 and tier 2 desktop support professionals within three weeks to fulfill their government contract. Budget constraints and the need to ship out IT equipment to the homes of all contingent workers nationwide added to the challenge.

With limited in-house resources, our client sought our assistance to manage the hiring process.

We adapted our resources and collaborated with the client to comprehend their precise needs and requirements.

  1. A tailored recruiting and onboarding plan was developed to efficiently identify and interview suitable candidates.

  2. To meet the client's speed and volume demands, we coordinated internally, working around the clock. Daily checkpoints with the client ensured constant progress monitoring.

  3. We provided the flexibility to contract our resources temporarily, with the option for the client to convert them into full-time employees. This allowed the client to retain the intellectual property if desired, fostering a mutual understanding through consistent communication.


Results

We recruited and onboarded a team of 42 contractors in a three-week period, covering roles such as:

  • At-Home Service Desk,

  • Global Service Desk,

  • Service Desk Team Lead,

  • Tier 1-3 Technicians,

  • Change Management, and

  • Incident Response.

 

100% Retention Rate

  • 65% of contractors were converted into full-time employees, while the remaining 35% continued as contractors until project completion – a 100% retention rate.
